As the situation is being severe day by day due to various types of pollution, we certainly need to find some ways to bring the severity of pollution down immediately. There are many inventions that are being conducted to control the pollution to decrease it within a level. Among those inventions, some are able to contain the pollution to some degree successfully, whereas, others are still being tested to achieve the objective. Such examples are the invention of Solar panels and Ethanol as a substitute for petrol and diesel, etc. There are organizations like WHO, Copenhagen Climate Council, and others taking the matter seriously. Every year many summits are organized to control the severity of the pollution e.g. The Earth Summit, The Paris Accord, and Copenhagen Climate Summit, etc. Also, some legally bound frameworks have been created to curb pollution, one of them is the Kyoto Protocol. Though the efforts are being made,, still it is beyond our ability to decrease the level of pollution significantly. The inability to curb it down does not reckon that we are truly incapable to curb it down, rather, it is about the inability to provide a true incentive to curb it down.
In the 21st century, countries are more focused on developing their economies to deal with the issues like unemployment, poverty, and living standard, so sometimes, countries are willingly ignoring the fact that pollution is killing humanity slowly but steadily. There are also some countries that are thinking one step ahead than others, that is to not only developing their economy to improve the living standard of their population rather compete with other countries to keep them always ahead economically to earn or maintain the tag of superpower which is nothing but a global ambition at the cost of humanity. Even though we keep that factor aside for a moment, we still find ourselves somewhere helpless as our civilization is depending on development and the development depends on industrialization and communication, unfortunately, these two are the main sources of pollution around the year. As pollution is the product of industrialization and communication that aid the growth of the economies to reach the level of the desired development, so it is being ignored by the countries knowing the fact that it is going to be a huge painstaking issue in the future, an issue that will hardly have any solution to correct the mistakes that are being done now.
Putting myself right in the middle of that formidable situation in the future, I tried to contribute something that may bring down the severity of pollution a bit without harming economic growth. Though my effort may not mean anything to anybody or any entity, I wish to contribute just to fulfill my responsibility towards mother nature as she has embraced me by giving her time and resources to help me grow up for decades. In this context, I believe, every human being who has taken birth on this earth should fulfill his/her primary duty to save nature by contributing something to the recovery process. That`s why I wish to introduce my concept in the form of a Smoke Accumulator Machine. It will not only help to bring down the pollution but also help to get some attractive options for people. Most importantly, developing countries can continue the growth without hampering their industrialization policy and losing carbon credit. The product is just one aspect to control pollution. It can be used in other aspects too to control pollution as a whole. The idea of SAM is to convert the smoke particles into the form of hard substances so that it can be stopped from spreading into the atmosphere and use those hard substances for economic purposes.
Objective Of The Project
As global warming is increasing day by day affecting human lives and we are helplessly seeing the increasing amount of pollution infusing into our biosphere but doing nothing except organizing some summits to discuss the matter and then forget it till the next summit. If this will be the way forward to continue discussions on global warming then there will be no solution to bring the pollution down ever. Though there are some policies are made by the UN to prohibit countries to increase the carbon emission by imposing higher payment for their purchase of carbon credit, but, ultimately, it didn`t serve the cause as It has become a great matter of fact that the policy turned into a business policy. Some countries get benefit out of it and some losses. The country that loses always comes with an excuse not to follow the standard. Ultimately, the effort made by the UN is not paying off, carbon emission indeed is not decreasing effectively rather increasing further with countries not following the rules effectively. So, keeping the objective to decrease the carbon emission, perceptually, I have introduced this unique solution which may control the pollution and give us the opportunity to have fresh air to enjoy to some degree. By introducing this product my mission is to spread this idea all over the world to decrease the carbon emission caused by increasing the number of vehicles and factory chimneys and improve the lives of people as a whole including the poor people in the rural areas.

What is Smoke Accumulator Machine?
A smoke Accumulator Machine is a solution to stop the smoke going from a car engine or from factory chimneys to open air. It sucks the smoke from engines and chimneys and then accumulates it inside a cylinder for a certain limit of weight and converts it into a hard substance so that it can be used to make hard objects like hard fiber or bricks etc.
To elaborate on the machine particulars, I must say that the product could be two types, one for vehicles and the other one for factory chimneys. Both types of products will have the same functions in different sizes and forms. In the case of the vehicle, a cylindrical tank can be used to attach with the vehicle silencer with the help of a pipe to collect the exhaling smoke from the engine. The outer side of the body of the tank could be made of lightweight hard fiber or aluminum outside. The inner side of the body of the tank could be made in three or more layers so that the maximum amount of smoke gets stuck inside the tank. Out of the three layers, the outer side would be as explained made of thick fiber plastic or aluminum, the middle part would be made of thick cloth to stop the smoke going out of the tank easily and the third layer could be made of a slippery fiber plastic with fine pricks, so that, the smoke would not stick to the inside wall and can easily be taken out whenever it is filled completely. It is also suggested to have a turbine fan at the face of the cylinder to jam the face (so that the smoke could not return to silence) along with a transformer to accumulate the electricity generated from the turbine that can be used to provide some power backup which could be used for various purposes.
To talk about the pipe, as we can see in the picture above, it has to be a special type. As the pipe connects the cylinder with the face of a car silencer, the smoke can come out through the silencer and easily enter into the cylinder. During this process, the silencer may transfer some of the heat to the pipe, as a result, it has to heat Resistant pipe. The face of the pipe that connects the silencer is going to be very hot too, so it needs to release some of the heat, due to that reason some parts around the connector are left opened to get the fire particle (sometimes car engine leaves fire particles through silencer) and a little bit smoke to go out for safety purpose. It helps to control the heat to some extent. The face of the pipe can be made of steel so that it can bear the heat whereas the pipe can be made of hard rubber So that the rest of the heat does not melt the pipe. Eventually, the idea of the gap within the connector is to provide cool air to the pipe in order to cool it down quickly at a time when the car is not in the run and also to provide the passage to release the additional heat while in the run.
The whole cylinder can be placed just inside the dickey or under the backside seat.

How Does Concept Work?
The concept works in a way that we create a carbon collector to get the carbon as a hard substance and use it for the wellness of mankind rather than letting the carbon be mixed in the air to destroy us slowly but steadily. Smoke generated by the vehicles would be input for another secondary green product. The product is Green Bricks. The smoke would be accumulated inside the accumulator till it is filled completely. Once the cylinder is full then the accumulated carbon would be taken out from the back of the cylinder and then it would be sent to the place where bricks are made. This solid carbon would be converted into bricks and then would be sent to some villages where people have no concrete made houses or pathways. it can be useful to make houses for poor people or can be sold at a cheaper price without causing any soil erosion. The process will be continuous and it will help to decrease a significant amount of pollution which happens due to the massive amount of vehicles and industrialization. In short, the Smoke accumulator machine as a primary product will accumulate smoke from each car and factories, later the accumulated smoke will be used to make the secondary product which is Green Bricks.

How to Make the Product?
Though, it is a bit of a job for the engineers, but, I would like to have some suggestions on it to help in this regard. The recycled plastics should be turned into solid fiber to make the body of the product and soft slippery plastic would be used to make the inside wall of the accumulator. As alternatively, aluminum can be used to make the accumulator`s outer body. Aluminum is also a reusable component that can be used for this purpose, but it may increase the cost comparatively by leaving less chance of using waste plastic as a raw material. So it would be better to use waste plastics as a raw material to make the product, so that, the pollution from plastic waste can be decreased too.
Anyway, let’s get to the point;
As we can see in the above figure, the engineering of making the product has been divided into two parts one is the container the other one is the connector. The container itself has been divided into three parts, the first part is the container mouth, the second part is the container body and the third part is the container back. The container mouth area which starts from the turbine area should be made with steel, so as to keep the turbine steady. The container's outer body will be made with hard fiber and soft and slippery from inside. In the middle of that, there must have a thick cloth that can stop the smoke from being released easily. Both the wall of the inner and outer body will have a fine net effect, so that, the air pressure through the silencer pipe would not let the carbon go out through the container mouth. The body net effect would maintain the air pressure inside the container at the same time accumulate the carbon inside the container. The turbine should be positioned in a way that it would act as a door at the inner side of the container mouth so that the smoke can enter easily inside the container but it can` return to the silence back easily. At the container back, there should have a socket to let the accumulated carbon out at a time when it is filled completely. The container back also should be made with steel as this part is connected with the handle to carry the accumulator while releasing the carbon at the station.
In the connector part, connector 1 should also be made with steel to connect with the container mouth. Connector 1 to connector 2 area should be made of hard elastic rubber to give it flexibility. The area in between connector 2 and the hard rubber, there should have some open place on connector 2, so that, the rubber cannot be affected by the heat much. Connector 2 also be made of steel, so that it can bear the heat generated by the car silencer.

In a world where pollution is increasing day by day causing changes in climate conditions and having calamities all across the world influencing the lives of millions and making them unsecured, it becomes really necessary to use such a product. The product can offer a great deal of relief to the people across the world to stabilize global warming by using it inside their car or using it at the polluted production facilities. The core product is carbon-free air, the physical product is SAM and the augmented product could be green bricks.
Price –No price can replace human lives as we see in the case of water. This product will also work like water which is necessary to continue life. So, for such a unique product the premium pricing strategy can be implemented to gain as much as a benefit being the first mover in the market at the beginning stage but later the price should go down drastically so that it serves the main motive which would be decreasing the pollution rather than increasing the profitability.
Place -Most of the metro cities are the reason for generating a high amount of pollution due to vibrant transportation. So, metro cities can be targeted to gain the market. It should be a must for urban people to buy it at the time of buying any vehicle or can be checked at the traffic check posts whether car owners do carry the product or not.
Promotion –There will be two ways to promote the product. The first one is ATL through top-level management and the other one is BTL through lower management. In the case of ATL, deep impact TV commercials should be made to reach the users to make an impact on their minds so that they are forced to think over the pollution issues. Other than TV, we can use FM, newspaper, magazine and celebrity promotion, etc. In the case of BTL, every patrol pump must be covered to reach the car owners. Canopies can be set at various places in a city to make people understand the product`s benefits. Hoarding at every signal will be remarkable to make people aware of this kind of product. The reason for choosing signals is that the place where people wait for some time and see around due to a red signal causing them to halt for a moment while in the journey. Green Supply Chain
A green supply chain is a process of manufacturing the product by using some waste plastic raw material as input and then convert the input into output material to make the body of the accumulator. Having the body we can make the whole product be finished. Now the finished product can be used for a few years. After a few years, it is quite normal that the plastic quality will deteriorate. At that time we can use the old accumulator body as a raw material to make a new body. So we can see there won`t be any new consumption for new input. In other words, I can say the use of unfriendly resources would be less. If the use of new resources would be less due to less waste in used material, then the pollution from waste material will come down up to a level automatically. With this process, there may arise one caution-related question that is, if we continuously recycle the used plastic as raw material then there will be a time when the output will be formed into toxic output itself. So, will it be the right idea to produce the accumulator`s body using recycled plastic as a raw material? The answer would be yes we can still use recycled plastic as a raw material to make the accumulator body. The reason is as the cylinder is advised to install under the seat or inside the dickey, so it would not be in human contact frequently. If it is placed at a place where it is not in human contact then it cannot harm people that much. So, despite the recycled material is toxic still it can be used to make the body component of the accumulator.
So, to fulfill the manufacturing operation, we will try to maintain the green supply chain, so that, the waste material should not be generated excessively.

1. From the accumulated smoke emitted by vehicles in the cylinder will definitely provide some amount of hydrocarbon which can be separated and then be used in fingerprint solution.
2. Hydrocarbon and carbon would be easily found and used in the different project which depends on HC and carbon. E.g. refrigerator, the fighter jet.
3. The solid carbon found from the cylinder can be used to make bricks which can be used to make houses or pathways in villages. It will help to have concrete made houses and help to access concrete made pathways to the poor people in the villages.
4. The turbine attached to it will always help to generate power by itself. So there will be fewer power expenses.

As globalization is taking more effect on the world economy it is becoming necessary for the countries to develop more. To develop more, countries need industrialization.
